Facts and Friction

Lesson: Science

Class: Class 2 Year: 2024 - 2025

Class 2 have been really getting to grips with their Science topic of forces and magnets this half term.  Our latest experiment saw us trying to discover which materials had the most friction.  Armed with a board, some Duplo and a carefully chose, fast-looking toy car, the class set about school investigating a range of surfaces.  They did amazingly well!  All groups tested their hypotheses and were able to state some conclusive results.  Turned out the car didn't matter so much in the end!  Enjoy the gallery...
