Roman Soldiers!

This week pupils in class 2 had a go at trying on some Roman armour.  We all decided that it was heavy and not really head shaped either!  The children are really enjoying the history lessons this half term as we look into life in Roman times, especially what it was like in Roman Britain.  Alongside our history lessons, we have been making Vesuvius inspired artwork, amulets and mosaics.
