Heartstart training in Class 3

We were extremely lucky to have Tim and his Heartstart training team join us on Friday 25th January to teach us all about CPR.  We were taught about the importance of DRSABC (this is the order for checking a casualty) and what to do in the case of finding someone unconscious.  The class had a go at getting a patient into the recovery position, how to administer CPR and eben how to use an AED (Automatic Emergency Defibrillator).  

We all thought it was really useful information, and went away feeling much more confident about how to cope in an emergency.  You can find out more, here:
