Welcome Class 1!

Wow, how wonderfully the new reception children have settled in! We have only done one week and it feels like they have already been here for one term! We have also welcomed two new children into year 1 and our children moving up into year 1 have been getting used to being the oldest in the class.

We have been making new friends and getting to know the class rules and routines as well as our teachers Mrs Ward and Mrs Underwood. 

This week we start the daily mile, and will be celebrating the work of Roald Dahl on Thursday morning. We will be looking closely at the book, 'The Enormous Crocodile'. I am looking forward to seeing the wonderful Roald Dahl character costumes that come in on the day. Remember-you could wear yellow also!
