Super Stories!

Date: 9th Feb 2022 @ 5:04pm

Today we looked at using all our writing skills to write an exciting story.  The children did amazingly well!  We looked at the start of a video from the Literacy Shed website. You can see the video at this link:

We only wrote for 40 minutes, but the children wrote some amazing stories in that time.  We also watched a video posted by author Tom Palmer which helped us with our editing.  We learnt to write fast, then we add things, take things away and then replace.

The video was very useful although we did notice that Tom's handwriting was a bit scruffy!

The children loved sharing their ideas about what would happen to the monster and, more importantly - the marshmallows!

Well done Class 2!
