Sports Day and Rehearsals

Another week and yet more events!  We all enjoyed our sports day on Wednesday.  Everyone took part in the right competitive spirit, showing great sportsmanship and respect.  Even the parents!  A massive thank you goes to our Sports Leaders - they arranged and collected equipment all morning long, and without them we just could not have finished in time for Mrs Underwood's hot dogs!  Well done Class 3!

This Monday we have our last session with Coach Neil in Reading the Game.  We have thoroughly enjoyed our afternoons with him - the football has been excellent and we have nearly met our reading challenge too (50 books in 6 weeks!).

Preparations for the play continue.  We have moved rehearsals outside and it is starting to come together nicely.  Please get your child to practice if they have lines and remember, Class 3 will need to come in their smartest togs for the performance (unless they have another costume to wear).  Thank you.

Next week is our last full week and is set to be another busy one with Year 5 out at the Grove on Wednesday and, yet more rehearsals!
