Shackleton's Journey

Date: 31st Jan 2025 @ 5:19pm

Class 3 have loved learning about the expedition undertaken by Ernest Shackleton across Antarctica. They have produced some incredible reports about the Endurance, even sketching their own ship! To finish off this topic, they have written and performed their own chat shows in groups asking the crew about their adventures. We were really impressed by how well everybody worked together to produce some incredible scripts. They would definitely give Graham Norton a run for his money!
We have all been inspired by one of Shackleton’s quotes – “I believe it is in our nature to explore the unknown. The only true failure would be to not explore at all.”
