Science - Exploring Air Resistance

Lesson: Science

Class: Class 3 Year: 2020 - 2021

As part of our Forces Science lessons, last week children in Class 3 were experimenting with air resistance. They made 3 different sized parachutes to test whether the surface area of an object effects how long it takes the object to fall to the ground. We used our Ipads to time the duration and ensured we dropped the same bag 3 times to get accurate, fair results.

Well done Class 3. A very successful Science experiment!
