Grow your own pumpkin
During the Summer Term the children planted their very own pumpkin plants. We nurtured and cared for them to ensure they grew over the next few months. In October the children picked the one pumpkin which survived! We studied the pumpkin and labelled parts of the plant. Next we looked at the life cycle of a pumpkin plant and created these in our Science books.
