Pirate Ship

We are celebrating the arrival of our new pirate ship which has been recently installed in the school playground. The Friends of Woore School have provided the funding for the ship from the last two years of fundraising.

The ship has been designed alongside the pupils and includes a climbing wall, slide, climbing net, fireman’s pole and various accessories such as binoculars, steering wheel and bell. One of the pupils even requested a ‘walk the plank’ which has also been incorporated within the design.

The children are excited and are thoroughly enjoying their play on the ship which will no doubt provide many happy playtimes in the years to come.
